6 Week Challenge

  • It's about getting a kick up the butt, and getting some motivation

  • Winter is especially a Challenge, so we thought we would raise the Challenge and have a bit of FUN

Who is this for?

If you want to train but low and behold it has been 6 months and you haven't done much.

If you are training on your own but really not challenging yourself.

If you have lost yourself in your kids and family and ready to step out on your own, look after yourself, have some fun and maybe meet some new friends.


As part of the 6 Week Challenge you'll receive: 


  • A Fitness is Fun membership for 6 weeks  

  • Access to unlimited training sessions each week (timetable here)  

  • Weekly at-home healthy lifestyle challenges.  

  • A private Facebook group to keep you motivated and engaged with fellow participants

  • Prizes are given out through the challenge for participation, personal improvements, and completion it is about getting involved and doing your best, working with others, rather than a weight drop competition

Whether you're a runner, want to be a runner, or just need some base fitness for enjoying your preferred sport we cater to all levels of fitness and ability. You'll learn how to make the most of your runs, so that you're loving the time you spend outside, instead of struggling to breathe and dreading the repetitive thudding that never seems to get any easier.

When it comes to the training, we provide varied, enjoyable workouts, that are tailored to suit your needs. Our small group sessions mean our knowledgeable trainers can focus on giving you the attention you need, it allows us to get to know you, and push you to your best abilities. Our sessions are a mix of high intensity and strength, mobility and stretching and fundamental movements.
