Whether it is knowledge or accountability you need to get you out enjoying running, this is what we are going to work on in our Resilient Runner Challenge

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This group is for those needing some support with their running, are you just getting started or been stagnant for a bit.

I want to give you some SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, DIRECTION and some daily MOTIVATION
Focusing on the essentials to get you running further, faster and more comfortable.

WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST STRUGGLES OF OUR RUNNERS?

These are the 3 things we cover in this 6 week

What is required from you?

  • Commitment

  • Involvement

  • Give it a go attitude

 

What will cover in the 6 weeks?

  • 6 achievable Daily workouts

  • Strength to build your core and essential leg exercises

  • Run technique focuses

  • Mindset work for those hard times

  • Pre, post and during nutrition

 

My challenge to you give it a go, get involved and out of it you will either

  • Increase your distance

  • Increase your speed

  • Prevent some injuries 

  • Get back into a routine

When it comes to the training, we provide varied, enjoyable workouts, that are tailored to suit your needs. Our small group sessions mean our knowledgeable trainers can focus on giving you the attention you need, it allows us to get to know you, and push you to your best abilities. Our sessions are a mix of high intensity and strength, mobility and stretching and fundamental movements.
