Once you learn the fundamentals of running it will feel easier and less effort to run up hills, down steadier and increase distance with confidence.

2. Don't build a foundation so their body is capable of running

Learn to change your sluggish pounding plod into a light, effortless glide.
Here is what we will cover:
1. A good warmup the importance in getting the joints mobile
2. Skills to running that may surprise you, how effortless it should be
3. Strength exercises to get you bounding up hills, standing tall, and prevent that twinging knee.
We will also enjoy a bit of fresh air and a laugh along the way.
