There are plenty of reasons why we should be exercising, but if it's not fun, you’ll always find an excuse not to do it.


Whether you want to do an event but you need accountability, you’re lacking inspiration in your fitness, or you’re starting to get older and you know the key to feeling your best and staying young is through exercise, we’ve got you.

Our boot camps and run workshops are designed to bring together like-minded people through teamwork and high-energy fitness. Strength training, cardio, mobility, and resistance are the core fundamentals of what you need to feel like your strongest, most powerful self, to reduce injuries and increase longevity.

Since 2012 I’ve been in fitness, with running always being my passion. Nothing gets me more excited than seeing my clients achieve things they never thought were possible and seeing the life long friends they make in our groups.

Along with our sessions, we enter events that keep you inspired and motivated while ensuring you have fun within our fitness community. To name a few, we have competed in the Tarawera trail run, Xterra, Waitomo,... and the.....
