Our 6 Week Runners Training Programme is designed for people just like YOU!

COST $28 PER WEEK

WHAT'S INCLUDED: 
Our focus for this training programme is to get you running without pain and without excuses. So we'll set you up for success with all of this:

  • A Fitness is Fun membership for 6 weeks
     

  • Access to unlimited evening classes, and some morning classes depending on availability (check out the timetable here)
     

  • A specific training session on Mondays at 5.30pm, focusing on: 

    • Running technique

    • Runner specific much needed mobility and maintenance

    • Runner specific strength training​
       

  • A run programme to follow for 5km or 10km so that you know what distances to aim for and how to get there without injury

  • A private Facebook group to keep you motivated and engaged with fellow participants
     

  • Plus the first ten people to sign up receive a Fitness is Fun drink bottle.
