WHAT: designed for those wanting to take their
running to the next level.
 
WHEN: Starts Wednesday 27 February 2019
WHERE: Woodstock School, Hamilton
HOW MUCH: $30 per week

 

 

The focus of this 6-week programme is to give you the tools you need to hit your 2019 running goals.

 

No matter whether your goal is to run 5km or a half marathon, our combination of technique drills, mobility and speed work will help you become a fitter, faster, stronger runner without interference from injury.

 

 
WHAT'S INCLUDED:

 

  • A Fitness is Fun membership for 6 weeks
     

  • Access to unlimited evening classes, and some morning classes depending on availability (check out the timetable here)
     

  • A specific training session on Wednesdays at 6am, focusing on: 

    • Running technique

    •  

    • Runner specific much needed mobility and maintenance

    •  

    • Runner specific strength training
       

  • A run programme to follow for 5km or 10km so that you know what distances to aim for and how to get there without injury

 

  • Plus the first ten people to sign up receive a Fitness is Fun drink bottle FREE!

  • A private Facebook group to keep you motivated and engaged with fellow participants
